So day two has come... My legs are killing me but I actually have some energy. So that makes me happy. I ate a healthy breakfast this morning, my personal trainer which is my sister lol, found a certain workout and diet for me to do for 31 days... And gawd I'm pretty sure it's gonna work cuz I'm in pain lol.
I'm actually thinking about doing it twice a day...:) so I can get better faster results... Depends on how much pain I'm in tonight.
