So as I asked last time for feedback... I still didnt get any. But it shows people are looking at my blog so I guess that's ok.
So this is what I did today. It's been a really long hot day. I swim every day too so I'm getting better. Tomorrow is a new day:)

HELP/Birthday
So it's summer and it's hot. It's so hard to make myself get up to exercise and do my daily things, not to mention PMS'ing isn't helping.
Got a pool today and as I'm tanning an swimming I'm getting excited to loose weight and be smaller.
I'm down to 222 right now and I'm very proud of it. But staying with it is SO hard. Like ridiculously hard.
My step daughter is having a birthday party July 21st. I want to be down to AT LEAST 190 by then... Which is 65 days away. 2 months... That's 32 pounds I need to be down to by the party. I think I can do it but I need feed back. I haven't had any feed back what so ever! Any ideas?

Ugh.
Ok I get I haven't blogged in a while... That's cuz I just gave up. Honestly I never really tried anything.
But this time I'm doing it. This is a picture of me today its extremely disgusting. But I started my weightloss almost 2 weeks ago and I hve now lost 14 lbs. I started at 238 and I'm now at 224! I've been doing portion control, counting calories, & walking/jogging every day no matter what. I will not eat after 8pm. And I drink water. No sweets (candy, cake etc.)! And starting tomorrow... I wont have bread in any way shape or form... I an do this:)

Day 3...
Well today was okay. Woke up did my exercises, pushed myself harder than I hve & I feel great. I didn't even hit my calorie limit today so that's a good thing... Well see what tomorrow brings;)

Day 2...
So day two has come... My legs are killing me but I actually have some energy. So that makes me happy. I ate a healthy breakfast this morning, my personal trainer which is my sister lol, found a certain workout and diet for me to do for 31 days... And gawd I'm pretty sure it's gonna work cuz I'm in pain lol.
I'm actually thinking about doing it twice a day...:) so I can get better faster results... Depends on how much pain I'm in tonight.

On my way to the new Me!!
So I've read a few weight loss blogs and I've come to realize its taken approx a year for people to get to there goal if they stick to it.
So I'm going to commit myself to et to my goal weight within a year or less. I've never blogged nor have I EVER posted pictures of my body this big. I'm extremely unhappy with myself and I'm just so tired and non energetic ALL the time!
So this is the beginning. I'm going to post a before picture and I'm preparing myself for the negative comments I'll get, but I'm asking for positive TRUTHFUL comments for motivation.
By next summer I want to be in a bikini, I know it's hard to see now but I'll get there. At the moment in time I weigh 220 my goal is 140! So 80 lbs is my goal by next year of sooner.. (wouldn't mind that at all:))
