HELP/Birthday

So it's summer and it's hot. It's so hard to make myself get up to exercise and do my daily things, not to mention PMS'ing isn't helping.

Got a pool today and as I'm tanning an swimming I'm getting excited to loose weight and be smaller.

I'm down to 222 right now and I'm very proud of it. But staying with it is SO hard. Like ridiculously hard.

My step daughter is having a birthday party July 21st. I want to be down to AT LEAST 190 by then... Which is 65 days away. 2 months... That's 32 pounds I need to be down to by the party. I think I can do it but I need feed back. I haven't had any feed back what so ever! Any ideas?

Help?!?!?!??
