Ugh.

Ok I get I haven't blogged in a while... That's cuz I just gave up. Honestly I never really tried anything.

But this time I'm doing it. This is a picture of me today its extremely disgusting. But I started my weightloss almost 2 weeks ago and I hve now lost 14 lbs. I started at 238 and I'm now at 224! I've been doing portion control, counting calories, & walking/jogging every day no matter what. I will not eat after 8pm. And I drink water. No sweets (candy, cake etc.)! And starting tomorrow... I wont have bread in any way shape or form... I an do this:)
